Shipping Information
Here at Padel Shack we offer several delivery options, as well as a collection service. Delivery prices can be calculated for all orders once items have been placed in the basket. Any additional delivery instructions (e.g. 'leave parcel in shed') can be added in the order comments section.
Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available for UK orders placed before 2:30pm (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & island deliveries). Further details on the available services can be found below. Please note that next day delivery may not be available for custom strung rackets, or for items which are out of stock when the order is placed. Next Day service applies to the date the order is dispatched, and NOT from the date of order.
Free UK Delivery over £50
Free 2 to 4 day delivery is offered on all orders over the value of £50 for delivery within the UK. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout. The normal delivery charge will apply for any alternative express services (e.g. Next Day, or Saturday Delivery).
Royal Mail
Royal Mail services will be used for small and light. These orders will not require a signature upon delivery, unless they are delivered to a location outside of the UK.
Courier Services
Larger and heavier items will be sent via courier services, and will require a signature on delivery.
We use the following courier services:
- APC Next Day Delivery
- APC Next Day Before 12pm
- APC Next Day Before 10am
- APC Next Day Before 9am
- APC Saturday Delivery
International Delivery
Orders delivered to locations outside of the UK will either be sent via Royal Mail International Signed or via an international courier, depending upon the size and weight of the items ordered. If the delivery of an order to any country outside of the United Kingdom is refused for any reason, we will not be liable for any customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes incurred by the attempted delivery of that order. All additional charges will be billed to the customer who placed the order.
