  There’s no right or wrong answer to which you should choose, as both work in warming you up before your match. It purely comes down to what you find comfortable. Hoodies work well for warming you up during the colder months, as they tend to be thicker. Whereas padel jackets are lighter and easier to remove, so they work well in warmer months. Whichever you choose, a padel jacket or hoodie, both will work well in getting your body ready for playing.

• Which is better for moisture wicking, a padel jacket or a hoodie?

  Moisture wicking depends more on the materials used rather than whether it’s a jacket or a hoodie. Some jackets are designed with lighter, breathable fabrics that manage sweat more effectively, while certain hoodies focus more on warmth. However, each of our padel jackets and hoodies is designed for padel players and will offer moisture-wicking to keep you dry and comfortable during, between, and after your match.

• Do padel jackets and hoodies restrict movement during play?

  As padel is a high-intensity sport that requires regular movement, wearing a padel jacket or hoodie during your match will likely cause you to overheat. Padel hoodies and jackets are intended to be worn before, during warm-up, between matches, and after your match, depending on the weather. Although they have been designed to be non-restrictive, it is recommended to remove outerwear before playing to avoid any restrictive movement.
